We hope you are staying safe as our community recovers from Hurricane Helene. We want to provide an update on the current status of our ongoing restoration efforts.

Our teams are actively working to restore service across all affected areas. Restoration is a multi-step process that involves coordination with power companies, as service restoration largely depends on power being restored to your area. Once power is restored, our technicians can fully re-establish your internet and communication services.

What it Takes to Restore Service:

  • Power Restoration: Connectivity depends on electrical power being restored to homes and businesses. We are closely monitoring power company updates to prioritize our efforts.
  • Network Repair: In some areas, storm damage to lines and equipment must be addressed. Our technicians are repairing any damaged infrastructure.
  • System Refreshes: Once power is restored, multiple system refreshes are often needed to get services fully back online.

Some areas are already back in service, and we will continue working diligently until all services are restored.

To keep you informed, we will provide twice-daily updates on our progress at 9:00 AM EST and 4:00 PM EST. These updates will include any service status changes, affected areas, and estimated restoration times.

Additional Information:

  • All TruVista retail stores in GA and SC are open today to assist you with any service needs or inquiries.
  • The impact of the storm has been significant, but our teams are committed to getting everyone back up as quickly as possible.
